my POV

-it’s typical.chinese likes gambling.no question abt that.i just came back frm Genting this morning.went there to stay for a nite as a fren of Myn Wee has free deluxe room to spare.casino+gambling were the main intention… lol the moment i put the RM25 chip on the table and the cards turn out to be BlackJack, memorable…! haha eventually end up with a loss though.. :P

-the Football Association of Msia shud review their management and employ some passionate sports person to be in charge of the organisation rather than some Datuk,Minister etc. where’s the love of the game? dun turn sports into some money making mechanism… it’s shameful and disappointing

-to the guy who created the remix of the "Negaraku" song,u’re a disgrace to us Chinese. u’re just making racial matters/issues worse by producing such "brilliant" song. to those not in the know, here -> remix of "Negaraku" (u can see my comments there… but i guess u cant please everyone and no way the world is gonna turn the other way with just the power of one person)

-i was in MPH (again…..) last monday nite… hehe.. as usual, browsing book. meant to go and get the book "Honk! If you’re Malaysian" by Lydia Teh but end up not getting anything. i was so determine to get the book the 1st time i pick it up in One Utama MPH but i did not. so went to Midvalley MPH on monday but still feel reluctant to make that purchase.the reason? i was thinking of where my RM29 will go circulating after i’d hand it over to the cashier.it will of course,go indirectly to the writer,Lydia.and then i say to myself "hey,Lydia is a married woman, with kids and husband, and she is a writer of a few other books… heck, she must be richer than me..and here i am contributing to her richness…."and so i put the book back to the shelf.haha yes,i shud have just looked at the value of the book and the fact that i’m actually bringing bk smth with the RM29 spent… but,i think of my money more. luckily it’s just me.. imagine if everyone out there were to think like i did… =/ *erm, dare not imagine* (at least there won’t be anymore designer brands lol)
